So I just wanted to share that I bought my first yoga mat today and I am soooooo excited! Now that I got that out of the way, lets talk about preventing something. Preventing high cholesterol. I don't know that much about cholesterol, but when I went back to the doctor the other day, I found out that I have too much "good" cholesterol. It doesn't seem like that would be a problem, but it is. Too much cholesterol, whether it is good or bad is not a good thing to have.
How do you prevent this? I'm glad you asked!! It is with this yummy stuff that we call cinnamon. Cinnamon can cut your triglycerides and total cholesterol by 12 to 30 percent while it boosts your body's ability to store blood sugar. All you need is a half a teaspoon each day so eat that cinnamon! It is great in the morning with your breakfast. Put it in your coffee, cereal, oatmeal, toast, or anything else you can think of and get your health on the right track the natural way!
Oh and I feel the need to mention that cinnamon rolls... do not count. Those would unfortunately do more harm than good. So no cheating, only make healthy choices! :)
