Food, Inc.

Hello Loves!

This last week was spring break and since I didn't do much, I decided to watch a documentary that I have seen on netflix for ages.. It's called "Food, Inc." and I highly recommend for you to watch it. It's available on Netflix, like I said before, or you can rent it on iTunes. This documentary gives you an inside look at the American food industry and highlights a lot of the problems that I have been getting frustrated with myself. It also covers a little bit about the seed company Mansanto, who is responsible for genetically modified seeds (GMOs). It is one of those things that is a little hard to watch, but brings to light just how bad things really are in this country. I hope you all take the time to watch it if you haven't already seen it!

Besos,

Courtney

  1. Hey Court!! Have you seen the documentary "Food Matters"? We watched it in our wellness class and I learned alot! It can be a bit extreme at times, but it has a really good point and is very thought provoking! Just a thought if you haven't seen it, it seems like something you would really like! Love you! <3
